    The Package has always held the same appeal to me as the memory of a Len Deighton novel on my parent’s bookshelf. Cold war thrillers like Gorky Park, The Fourth Protocol, The Hunt For Red October and The Fourth War. What Dad Movies used to be from a different era.

    Relies on a type of British deadpan humour, polite and nerdy, wanting to organise a Shakespeare performance in the middle pf open-world GTA. I was laughing heartily at the intrusions of anonymous players or NPCs blowing them away. Best moments were connecting to strangers like ParTeb, who was the best character in the whole thing. I was less engaged by the lockdown melancholy and ruminations. This film did inspire me to rewatch Limmy play Life Is Strange on YouTube (“Hella cash”).
