A student teacher relationship that can only be described as completely nuclear, as toxic would not suffice to describe it, parasitic, and built of the constant deconstruction and rebuilding of egos. Some of the best jazz songs I have heard that were instantly added to my playlist afterwards. Main characters usually make poor choices that influence the plot of the movie, however, I do believe this is one of the rare movies where the main character does not make a "bad choice" and I support him fully.
