was it worth it watching this with a jazz lover and letterboxd user? maybe.
the film was as exhilarating as it was painful. there is something hauntingly scary about the indifference of life, or death while we're at it, that no matter what, you will be devoured. whether you're at the very top or failing and falling. i think this was a(n) (un)pretty snapshot of youth. this kid was 19 he should be at the club not sucking a bald…

the girls are going to love this.
beautifully crafted. kept you in your seat anticipating more, then delivered exactly what you wanted to see. they know your worst fears and they do not hold back. at the very core, it is a heartfelt message of self-love. no one likes to be physically hurt, but once you consent to it, the extent to which you allow your body to be transformed travels tenfold. i am amazed how this type of film still hits in this era – it was truly something.
