  Who would have guessed that Richard Gere could play such an amazing villain? He is absolutely fantastic here, add to that Andy Garcia being as good as usual and a decent supporting cast, and you get a pretty good movie here. The direction is pretty good, even if there are a few iffy decisions made here and there, and the same goes for the movie. Overall, a very entertaining and well-made thriller.

  A truly legendary film, one of the classic Curtiz-directed Flynn/de Havilland masterpieces. A perfect blend of action, comedy, romance, and adventure. You can't really beat early technicolor, especially when the director is as amazing as Michael Curtiz. Hot Take: Errol Flynn had the greatest screen presence in the history of film.
