Visually stunning, a silent film paced through a series of moving frames and portraits. Multiple shots should have been in color. The silent aspect for me, not counting an oddly placed cock fighting scene, really took away from the film for me. The lense sometimes felt objectifying, the people voiceless, no connective exchanges. Uncomfortably posed intimacy more times than I could count.

moss time, crip time 2024
This film was so visceral for me, able to stand alone in multiple forms, auditorially, visually. I found myself closing my eyes to listen and not watch during deliberate stanzas that had an intentional empty screen. Never before have I seen a film better explore the intersection of disability and queerness as it relates to nature.

Literally invincible, saint Kitten of cunt.
A star off due to incredibly offensive fetishization and portrayals of Native Americans.

A unique combination between narrative and a documentary. Breaking the 4th wall between sharing perspectives on what its like to access gender affirming care in a cis centric medical field.
