  This was a rom-com turned buddy comedy turned action comedy in the span of 2 hours. I think Jack Quaid found his type of film . Some scenarios didn’t seem super realistic but that’s why this heavily leaned into comedy when things felt like it didn’t fit.

  The Substance is one of the most interesting thrillers I have seen all year, basically think a really good black mirror episode as a film. This was visually stunning yet gruesome at its finest. Demi Moore the icon that you are , this is one of her best roles yet.
