  Every gay who hasn't stumbled upon movies like these by themselves, needs a female bff with valley girl vibes that introduces them to early 2000s girlie cinema, the way Obi Wan introduces Luke to the force. Eternally grateful for mine.

  Also for gays like me, who don't really conform to gay stereotypes, watching this is like a whole ass 4D experience. Not that I ever felt like I can't enagage in stereotypes, the way Sandra Bullock does here. But I just didn't anticipate that it would be this fucking fun! I really do want world peace.. and to watch more early 2000s girl flicks!

  I don't think I ever started such a good review off with a disclaimer that I'm not entirely sure if I would rate it the same way on a rewatch, but thats the experience I had.

  For 95% of the runtime I was entirely entertained. Yeah Mark Ruffalos inspiration was not at all subtle, but Trump has been the template for movie villains ever since Back to the Future 2 all the way back in 1980 and his performance made…
