  Marlene Dietrich just radiates of the screen and is the quintessential movie star. There is such an empowerment and authenticity to her performances that she completely owns the scenes she is in. It is so refreshing to see compared to the modern films where female empowerment feels so contrived. Should give it 5 stars for Marlene Dietrich's performance alone and cannot wait to check out more of her films.
