I watched this in 2 parts. Here are my random thoughts from as the movie went on that are mostly nonsense.
How the fuck does Anne Hathaway still look the same.
Her friends not giving her the phone when she was getting the work call and acting like it was all playful?? Vince from entourage sucks. This movie also helps show why that actor didn’t get many other roles bc acting is bad.

Howl's Moving Castle 2004
Came in with high expectations, was sufficiently disappointed. I wasn’t especially gripped by the plot or the world building. The first hour or so felt really flat to me, but the action definitely picked up in the second half. Felt the visuals were underwhelming for movie, but there are some incredibly beautiful sequences. Overall, I had trouble getting fully invested in this movie. Maybe the positive praise I had heard going into it set impossible expectations.
Would suck to be cursed. The talking fireplace was swag.
I love Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli, but I think this one wasn’t for me. A
