Novicaine was exactly what I wanted. This movie is lighthearted, silly and fun. Jack Quaid and Amber Midthunder both deliver incredibly charming performances. Ray Nicholson is great as a dead-eyed psycho. The action and comedy are both strong, and the gore effects are impressive. The concept of a man who can’t feel pain fighting is well-executed. They even throw in a decent twist halfway through. My literal only complaint is that some moments are too cheesy. It’s okay for movies to just be goofy and fun though. Frankly I’d love to get a Novicaine 2.

Incredibly impressive! I’ll be listening to Welcome to the Internet regularly. Inside is both funny and heartbreaking. This is easily the best thing Bo Burnham has made. How dark this special is really speaks to me especially the coming end of humanity. Wish your kids luck.

“ If you are justice please do not lie. What is the price for your blind eye?”

I worried going in to watch The Batman that my expectations were too high. It blew those expectations out of the water. This is literally what I’ve always wanted from a Batman movie. Matt Reeves killed it. His directing is spot on and the cinematography is stellar. This is the definitive representation of Gotham. It’s supposed to be a grimy hellhole and this…

I love Knives Out. The cast is absolutely loaded. It’s truly funny and does a great job of subverting expectations throughout. The fact that Daniel Craig’s insane accent doesn’t hurt the movie is crazy. Rian Johnson knocked this out of the park. Put Ana de Armas in more movies! Knives Out may end up as the definitive murder mystery. It’s a breath of fresh air in movie form.
