  A classic tale of incest, amnesia, and voodoo. Lots of gratuitous boob, chiaroscuro, fan symbolism, and still more boob. If a woman had a speaking part, her boob would eventually be shown.

  Wow, Mickey Rourke looked different back then.

  It's easy to see how this influenced the more nuanced film noirs of the following decades, but its heavy-handed moralizing and cardboard characters make it less memorable than its successors.
