  Everything about this was horrifying and I’ve never been so enthralled by the use of a single shot to capture anything in my entire life.   Gonna update my entry here. On further reflection, I liked this. I didn’t like the tonal shifts, of course because it felt like it was always bobbing between being an absurdist comedy and a drama.

  Chastain was honestly breathtaking in this movie. I love when you can tell an actress really stepped out of themselves and became consumed with the role they are playing. I also liked Garfield’s performance but I just struggled to take him seriously lmao.
