I found myself expecting a crazy plot twist wild goose chase film, and I got all that. Including a concerning level of incest.
Overall I thought it was really well made, and was blown away by Choi Min-Sik’s performance. Like so many others I think the female characters were as bland as bread. Yes it was filmed in 2003 but come on. Apologizing after being assaulted?
I’ve never been more confused and eager to find out answers to a film in my life, so for that I would definitely recommend a watch at least once!
