As beautiful the wardrobe and set design was, Gladiator 2 just didn’t carry the same spark as the original. Media nowadays has very developed CGI and big budgets, but usually lacks a decent plot that succeeds in tugging at the heartstrings. Unfortunately, Gladiator 2 is no exception.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the plot. Nothing I haven’t seen before. The acting was great- and the special effects were amazing. I LOVED the shiny gooey “wetness” of all the possessed characters. gross.

One of the most realistic portrayals of anger I’ve seen in recent television- Steven Yeun and Ali Wong shine with red hot flames of award-winning fury.
I wasn’t even aware it was an A-24 production until I started watching. They strike again with their usual depressing, unwanted reality checks that tones the entire show. Everything is perfectly spread out. It keeps viewers wanting to see what’s next, while also building up this crazy 3 episode ending that ties everything together.
This show is a very good representation of mental illness, and how people feel forced to hide in a superficial society.

As a special FX makeup artist- this is hard to accomplish. Gore doesn’t usually get to me, unless the intentions behind it are creatively disgusting. Art the Clown truly lives up to his name- he’s terrifying. I was excited to see him get a second stand-alone movie. …
