"Honesty doesn't pay, sucker."
City of God portrays the reality of life in slums of Rio de Janeiro really well and I think that this film is paced so well and manages to tell so many different stories in just 129 minutes. The child acting is also fanstastic, the editing is great and the cinematography is just so beautiful. The camera work is also great, this was such an eye-opening film and the ending is amazing.
