The most happy and cheerful Christmas movie ever!!
If 2001 didn’t exist, I think Eyes Wide Shut would probably be Kubrick’s magnum opus. God what a fucking movie. The best word I can think of to describe Interstellar is monumental. Seeing this thing in IMAX is already probably a top 3 theater experience of my life. So astounding in literally every single facet. From the visuals, to the score, the characters, the story, the acting, it’s all top notch. This has serious contention with Oppenheimer and Inception for Nolan’s best outing. Ask me to pick one on any given day and I’ll probably give you a different answer than I would’ve another day. I mean just an absolute achievement in filmmaking.
