The absolute classic that started it all. Sean Connery’s unparalleled performance as James Bond birthed an era of new style, sharp attitude and dress, wit, and sex symbols. Sure, for my generation (millennials) and even the generation before me, this movie doesn’t have the action, stunts, or budgets that the newer bond films capitalized on to make it more of an action heavy modern flick. However, that put the limelight on Sean Connery and he single handedly with Albert Broccoli makes this film and its successors, a series everyone knows and cherishes.
