The Crow 2024
It was just "okay". Like most of these "reimagining" movies now, it just missed the mark and didn't have the same magic as the original.
The movie started alright but started to drag on and on until the end. It was still a good watch, just dont expect The Crow '94.
I thought Bill Skarsgård did really well. I think he's a great actor and worked with what was written.

One of those movies where the nostalgia is strong. It's not really faithful to the video game plots and the acting is typical of those early 2000 action/horror flicks but, it's a fun watch and entertaining.

Meh. Another case of trying to ride the magic of its predecessor. Characters were 2 dimensional, predictable and boring.
All that being said, it doesn't mean there is nothing to enjoy. It ramps up pretty quick and can be a fun watch. Just feels like a "one time is enough" flick.

Flight of the Navigator 1986
I have such a deep connection with this movie. This is one of the first movies that I remember adoring. I credit this movie for my fascination with time travel and Physics in general.
I love everything about this movie: The cast, the acting, the plot, everything. This is one of those feel-good, comfort movies that any age can enjoy. I really wish Disney would go back to making these kind of sci-fi family movies.
Anyway, am I reviewing this with rose colored glasses on, yes. Does that matter, not at all. Do yourself a favor and watch it.
