Had high hopes going it this. It was trash. To begin with, personally I’m not a big fan of David Lynch style. However, even excluding that, I found the film repetitive and the characters boring with little development. I understand the sad story of Joseph merrick, however him getting bullied for almost 2 hours isn’t entertaining or interesting. However I did think the setting of London in the late 19th century was good. I also thought the practical makeup was good.
To conclude not my cup of tea
