  This movie has been collecting dust on my watch list for a very very long time. I’m glad I finally watched it and I understand why it’s considered one of Marty’s best. It was refreshing to see a film by his that wasn’t Leo or Deniro heavy. I thought the characters were interesting and entertaining to follow, I loved the dialogue between Liota, Pesci and Deniro. The story was told at a nice pace and didn’t go past 3 hours.…

  I liked the idea and thought it was executed quite well, the acting was sound and Jennifer Jason Leigh was a stand out performance. I was slightly unsatisfied with the ending but overall an enjoyable movie.

  I’ve put this film off for so long and after watching it I’m pissed off that I waited. Taika’s fine line balance of comedy and drama makes this film such an easy watch, the acting was fantastic (we don’t need to talk about the accents). This was a touchy subject to attempt and I think they absolutely nailed it.
