It's good but not really "groundbreaking" thematically i.e. this is getting glazed too much but I understand that it's because of the drought of good animated movies in the past 15 years or whatever
Dunno I enjoyed it and the emotional beats hit the way they were supposed to. From the start I was like "yup this is going to happen and then this and then I'll cry and then this and then I'll cry some more and then this and then the power of love will prevail" and yup
they really don't make movies like this anymore

between staying up til 4 partying last night and anemia there were 2 bits (~10 mins) where I had trouble staying awake. this was mostly because there was no dialogue and it was basically just ASMR.
