Super happy to see a film about sex work that doesn’t involve a sexual assault scene.
IMO though, it was a bit anticlimactic, or just a little surface level. The build and ending was beautiful and extremely telling, not to discount that at all. Maybe its because Ive been an ally to the sex worker community for so long that, none of it felt very new to me
