This is a really solid horror movie.
Apart from the analog technology which is integral to the plot, nothing about this movie feels dated and I think it has aged really well.

Saint Maud 2019
This movie tackles quite an overdone topic that can be done poorly. However saint maud presents itself in a different and interesting way through the lens of a slow burn horror movie.
It can be a bit too slow in some areas and some subplots are strange and don’t seem to serve much purpose in the larger picture. It’s not perfect but the film does still seem to accomplish what was intended well enough.

This is pure chaos, with a bit of solid character development sprinkled in.
Puts you right in the action and doesn’t lose your attention throughout. Usually found footage movies can be a bit hit or miss but I can’t imagine this working without the found footage style it’s in.
Definitely stands up to the test of time and is a pretty solid watch overall!
