If it wasn’t for James McAvoy this would have felt so much more generic and same same; his performance is nuts as per usual, the husband is such a pussy but luckily his wife and daughter are so boss!

Went into this completely blind and that was a great choice cause goddamn what a ride, Amy Adams is an incredible actor and eats up these scenes, the kid in this is so cute and honestly does a great job for their age; his parents better be putting the money for this into a high interest savings account because little dude deserves it!
I’m not a woman or a parent but I feel like a lot of mums are going to come out of this hyped about themselves and I love that.
Damn, this movie sucks 💀 all of the AVP fight scenes are shot with the same lens as the game of thrones dark episode, only redeeming factor is some really cool death scenes
