SHORTHAND THOUGHTS: Interesting... still not sure if I'm a fan of PTA's work. Very emotional and heartfelt but didn't resonate with me in any way. Visually stunning and well acted. One of those films I had to read about before I could make my mind up on it.

SHORTHAND THOUGHTS: There's a lot I think and feel about this film - interesting choices with the production and set design, audio editing, chronology, etc. Lots of similarities to Kaufman's other (amazing) films like Synecdoche, New York - such as the film ending by fading to white, the dreamlike passage of time, the concept of the inevitability of relationships failing, the emotional weight of the word 'Okay'... but for now, Iβ¦
