  Really good “vibes” from this but I found myself kinda bored about halfway thru. Couldve just been me but I found it pretty hard to follow? I’m not a sci to guy tbh but I liked Bruce Willis and the alien lady and the effects! And the soundtrack was fun and Chris tucker was fun. Fun movie actually I was just confused and a bit bored lol

  An excellent movie about movies, and how life experience interacts with the art you make. Not easy to make a film that dives into desires and hopes and art in such a clear and compelling and complex way. Wish I had watched some other Fellini movies before this one, as this seems to be a reaction to his previous works and personal life, but I still found this to be really cool. Very surreal and complex and not easy to understand and easiest watch at points, but I learned to really appreciate it by the end. Some really creative imagery and awesome use of daydream sequences.

  Captured a really important fact about him which is that he was kind of an asshole.

  If I’m being real it’s pretty bland. Has all the classic trappings of recent bio pics. Doesn’t tell you a lot about the man and also isn’t really interested in it at all. But, sure is a lot of fun just going Greenwich village and seeing Newport and going “ouuuu I wonder if he’s gonna go electric?!!🫢” sooooo it’s fun! Would recommend 👍
