  This film is Cameron at his most self-indulgent. So much time spent relishing and exploring this world he’s created. It almost feels gratuitous. But damn is it good. Once you get past the first 30 or so minutes of clunky exposition, this is really firing on all cylinders. Just straight up good moviemaking.
