Grossly good. Anthony Hopkins has like, maybe 15 minutes of screen time, and somehow he owns the entire movie. Every time he speaks, it’s like he’s personally reaching through to ruin my day.
Buffalo Bill is one of the most upsetting guys ever put on film. I like to pretend I'm him when I'm getting ready to shower. don’t even get me started on the night vision sequence. Genuinely felt my soul leave my body for a second.

I think I liked it! Those oldschool monkey “toys” (don’t call them that) have creeped me out for as long as I can remember, so this one definitely got me a couple of times. The tension was solid, and the gore? Pretty cool. It did feel like there were a lot of little intermissions, slowing things down a bit, but it never lost me entirely. Spent a good 40% of the movie hitting my vape and trying not to let the smoke drift into the screen view—so, you know, immersive experience.
