The spectacle is less spectacular than in the first part. Mostly due to the setting I feel - all desert and b&w vs much more varied visuals of the first.
Also has some almost Telugu-like tendencies of playing dramatic music and using slow motions over mundane actions of the hero.
The reluctant chosen one trope has nothing going on here that is remarkable in any way.
Overall it could have been a 3.5 but I liked the acting.
