  If Frankenstein is the modern Prometheus,
  Poor Things is the postmodern Prometheus. 

  What a horrible, beautiful, disgusting, ugly little microcosm of the world, aristocracy and womanhood. The biggest challenge of watching this film, aside from sitting through its contents, is to not compare it to the many other works which tackle the same subject matter - everything.
