  You’re always content in your isolation until something throws you off course. Those little moments that remind you it used to be different. Your isolation is now suddenly loneliness.

  Do i think Hirayama is content? Yes. Disturbed, scared, bored and regretful? Yes. You never usually encounter such a complex character in such few lines of dialogue, few scenes, few plot developments. That’s the beauty of this movie though, it’s subtlety.

  I definitely need to give it another watch, in the cinema and without Arabic subtitles. Who wanna see it with me!!!
