  Simply unfair how good this movie is. If I had grown up with it, I might've found it's complex political landscape to be boring and confusing, but I still regret the missed opportunity because of how unequivocally it conveys the unique powers of high fantasy and post-apocalyptic fiction to mobilize and fight for a world worth believing in. I think I could've used something like that in my formative years.

  Weirdly inelegant outing from Bong. Not as subtly biting and disturbing as Okja and not as emotionally resonant as Nausicaä, which it borrows a lot of ideas from. I liked the dinner scene and parts where it makes fun of religion though.
