Mothra vs. Godzilla 1964
Probably my favorite Godzilla movie. Even if Godzilla is the “villain” in it, I just love him and feel for him as he stumbles around like a drunk uncle in an antique shop and cowers as Mothra flaps at him.
The sound of his roar will always make me feel like a kid again.

How did such a promising first act become so woefully undone in its second and 3rd? Was I expecting Nora Ephron? Absolutely not. But having enjoyed both Set it Up with Glenn Powell as a leading man and allll of Sydney Sweeney’s work, and then having such a promising meet cute at the beginning it was a super bummer to take a steep down turn into snoozeville.
