The shot of Al at the piano while Homer plays the piano and Fred calls Peggy in the background will haunt my memories. Such a perfect shot of 2 different storylines being played out in one shot. When Fred hangs up but doesn’t move, you feel the heartbreak that’s happening though he’s all the way in the other side of the room.

Special shout out to the second wedding scene as the carriage pulls away and the camera turns to Gruffydd. We aren’t close to him at all but we can feel the sadness and anguish he’s feeling. Beautiful shot.
