    I hadn't seen this since it came out when i was 16. I remember thinking it was a bummer and kind of silly. I guess a quiet movie about the embracing the pain of love was lost on someone that had not yet experienced anything.

    I love that Joel's memory version of clementine gushes about the vintage dress and kitchen in his childhood memory. She loves them because he knows she would 💔

    The shirts are so good.

    Better than Splinterheads, which is its Volcano/Dante's Peak counterpart. It has some 2009 stink on it, but it's actually pretty endearing. Ryan Reynolds is more likeable here as a dirtbag than he has been in real life in years.

    I had a ton of fun. Good jokes for the most part, which is the most impressive thing considering the state of comedy in Hollywood. Many winks to ttrpg fans, while keeping the lore accessible to everyone.

    Beautful, fun, well-crafted, practical effects. Which really stand out next to the very bad cgi. Every establishing shot of Neverwinter looks like it was made in 2004.

It felt like the pressure in the room increased, like my ears were going to pop, like a presence was constricting my head. I've never experienced anything like that in a theater.
