This one got on my nerves.
I’m all for the Gone Girl style revenge plot but this movie was so terribly written, not sure if I’ve ever seen a more telegraphed twist. The husband was clearly awful but Daisy Ridley’s character also seemed to be losing her mind from the beginning? A simple divorce would have been a much better idea than killing the father of your children (which you also seem to be struggling to raise on your own). Oh well.
