Genius piece. Watched it without knowing anything about the film and I’m so glad I did it…narrated around 3 people’s perspectives and the editing makes the stories so interconnected and surprising: from a bad teacher story, to a bad kids story, finally to a pure story between the two bullied boys. The scenes where they hid in an abandoned train cabin are just so natural and beautiful. “I like someone. I can’t tell anyone, so I lied.” How can liking someone make you a 怪物?The monster is all the prejudice. I wish all kids don’t have to feel ashamed of anything they want to be.
