  I wish it had more fun with the Saw meets Last Crusade premise.

  Still, one can’t deny that what I do, in fact, want in my movies is Hugh Grant monologuing about Monopoly, singing Radiohead, and doing Jar Jar Binks impressions.

  Paul Rudd has to pull every charming trick out of his toolbox to make this palatable. He succeeds. 
  It’s also hilarious that until they did the scene spelling out how old he was supposed to be (their age difference being the central conflict) I had no idea. He could have been playing early 20s or early 40s.
