I was ready to heap high praise on this movie but it just went on too long and didn’t stick the landing. Jordan Peele remains a master of suspense and it showed throughout the fantastic first act. The story just wasn’t strong enough and I’m still searching for the underlying message behind it. It’s tough not to judge Peele off his past works and ultimately this fell well short of Get Out and even Us.
