  Still my favourite period drama! Happy 50 years to Barry Lyndon, a sumptuously lit ode to cads and toffs and fruitless wars. Justice for Lady Lyndon!

  I thought that maybe I didn't like it because I've aged out of the target demographic (and that's fine! Let teens have dumb teen movies without needing to centre adults as the intended audience!). But I fucking hated this. Mindnumbingly boring, awful sound mixing, mostly bad acting. Maybe I'd have enjoyed this at a sleepover aged 16? Even then it would be one of the worse sleepover films.

  It's basically an abandoned 3 episode arc of Euphoria with less pervy…
