The Boy and the Heron 2023
Really wanted to like this one, but seriously lacks the heart that other Ghibli movies have. I kept finding myself asking, “who cares?”
If you’ve never seen a Ghibli movie, maybe this film will do something for you. If you’re acquainted, this movie will feel like “spot the ghibli trope.”
