Still love the setting and direction but some of the scenes are so much weirder than remembered. Chalamet does a pretty good job at playing the tortured closeted teenager though.

Trainspotting 1996
Overall really good well-rounded film. Not for the faint of heart - and don't watch it while eating. So many famous actors as well, but Ewan McGregor still steals the show. Some parts could make you cry if you're so inclined, and bits of it are freakier than actual horror movies. Also cool to see shots of Edinburgh so soon after visiting.
