This is one if my favorite movies but its not the easiest sell to get other people to watch.
This is technically a legal thriller. It follows the titular character as he navigates the culmination of a major lawsuit against a gigantic agrochemical corporation as the defending firm’s fixer. The Killer's Game 2024
This film was adapted from a novel? Apparently thing took several decades to get made, but that’s production hell for ya.
Did you see who is in this film? Did you see the trailer? It’s that movie. It’s at times stupid and physics is ignored mostly, but that’s not why you are here is it?
Dave is not only the lead in this film, but a rare romantic lead. He did well. Everyone did well. The movie is never boring and it’s nice to see these actors do their thing.
Worth seeing if this type of flick is YOUr thing.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2024
Maybe the biggest achievement of this film is Tim Burton making a good movie again. I think he had his heart in this one.
The story is fine, but not amazing. There were some things I wish had been fleshed out more but it is easy to get past. I stopped trying to think about the plot or the Beetlejuice universe rules and just enjoyed the ride.
