Saturday Night 2024
quite entertaining, but also deeply unfocused and a little self-aggrandizing. i don't really understand if it was trying o be a hyper-accurate-down-the minute retelling of that night or a character study that takes creative liberties when necessary. i was particularly confused with what they were doing with belushi and chevy chase. i feel like if you ignore the messy story, but it's still worthwhile as a collection of really on point impressions (my favorites were belushi, billy crystal and dan aykroyd) i'm also really deeply attracted to all of the men in this movie in a really primal and disturbing way.
