  The One I Love 2014

  Weird as hell but I super-dug it. Shoutout to the director getting a cameo from his step-dad, Ted Danson. Yeah, I feel like maybe Elizabeth Moss was teeny bit miscast? Like, don't get me wrong, she was quite good in the movie. I'm not sure she can do "whimsical".

  This film is everything you’ve heard about it and more. It’s so cool how it turns on a dime, yet the plot twists and emotional whiplash of said plot twists are cleverly laid into the first half of the film. 

  Some great performances, some great cinematography but the thing I felt most about this movie was that I was in the hands of a master. Shoutout Bong Joon-Ho da gawd.

Following
