So funny!!! Was chuckling the whole time, but I thought I would be gasping for air wheezing laughing. Absolutely love seeing miss sza and keke palmer on the screen. Music was great, loved hearing my bops. I was pretty invested, so I got rather anxious when the frame would freeze with the countdown and they still didn’t have their rent money lmaooo. I was screaming go to our girl Bethany from the very beginning hahaha

Watched this movie after a residency interview because I wanted to decompress with something mindless that would just make me laugh.

Instead, I shed a few tears to the message of this movie that couldn’t have come at a better time honestly. In this residency process, I’m faced with a lot of scary yet exciting unknowns about the next steps of my life - and the fact that I may be leaving my family and my small town behind to…

    Feeling confused and conflicted.

Enjoyed the little drummer boy and the camera work as every other review has mentioned. Acting was definitely good. I feel like at times the movie dragged a little bit. Impressive they could go into this much depth and emotion for such a simple boring plot.

I do not think the selfish bird man learned any lesson through out the movie. Just a regretful white man who whines enough to become relevant again. Maybe he’ll be a better father, friend etc.

Howww did skarsgard do his voice like that!!! I have been talking like that in my head for a week now lol. He really captured the gothic horror with that voice and look (his eyes at the end omg). I can't imagine anyone else embodying orlok the way he has. The scene where Hoult meets Orlok is trapped in my mind. The shadowed hand reaching across the city and outstretched falling along the wall of the house through the windows was beautifully eerie and ominous! Tbh I was impressed by miss Depp's performance too. She exceeded every expectation I had of her as an actress!
