Great animation & amusing comedic beats made for an entertaining watch, but the protagonist being a menace for a majority of the movie brought me back to feelings of annoyance I had when I was a kid watching Caillou.

From the moment I found out that Jon M Chu was signed on to be the director for Wicked, I knew the movie would be in great hands.

    Sara Bareilles, what a QUEEN.

The wholesome displays of sisterhood, the impeccable comedic timing, the quirky lovable characters you cannot help but root for despite their questionable ethical decisions!

Waitress the Musical is all of this mixed up & baked in a beautiful pie 🥧

It is by no means perfect, but it tells such a moving story about flawed characters who are just trying to find their way to happiness & don’t we all deserve a chance at a slice of “pursuit of happiness pie”?

& ofc “Everything Changes” made me emotional; parental love getting me everytime.
