  after reading the book this movie genuinely pissed me off with how bad it was. the characters were so shallow in the movie and the plot was completely lacking the heart of the book. ruth and kathy’s relationship felt so strained and forced completely unlike the book, in which it was obvious that they loved each other like sisters. hate this movie

  it's not often when your favourites list gets moved around, however this film resulted in that for me. it's everything i love in a film, and i enjoyed every second of it. the amount of n-word bombs were a bit excessive in my opinion, however that doesn't take away the quality of the film. tarantino remains as one of my favourite directors of all time & this film makes me appreciate his content even more.
