    A real pain,

Slice of life movie. Very simple but super effective, telling the story of two cousins visiting their grandmothers jewish heritage, after her recent death.

The two are very different. Benji is very in touch with his emotions, maybe too much as he also have these negative outbursts, while David is introvert, and doesn't see the point of sharing "his pain" with others. It gives a gives a good dynamic when these people have to face their background.…

While still slow, its not nearly as slow as his…

    Paris, Texas

    ★★★★

Paris, Texas is emotional drama when its best. A Journey about facing the past mistakes, overcoming fear, and making thinks right. The amount in which the main character evolves throughout the movie is stunning. And Harry Dean Stanton is absolutely astonishing in this role.

One scene in especially stands out, as one of the best scenes ever in any movie. A 25 minute long scene, where everything stops and you just listen to the characters tell about their deepest emotions…
