Every time I watch a movie by A R I’m just … floored. I go in knowing nothing and am utterly transported, completely engulfed in every aspect … the framing, the pacing, the mixing, the soundtrack, the performances, the writing, the production design… god it’s just got everything. I loved it but if you asked me to recount what happened in it I couldn’t. But I think that’s an amazing quality in a film— when there is no other format it can exist in. Obsessed with Josh O’Connor. Additionally, need to get to Italy asap.
